In-app support

Shoptest includes an in-app chat widget for direct access to the support team. Use it for:

  • Issues that cannot be resolved using documentation
  • Account or billing questions
  • Feature requests or feedback

Escalation

If an issue is urgent (e.g. monitoring is down, tests are not running on a critical store), use the in-app chat to reach the team directly and mention the urgency.
