Reports
Shoptest generates monitoring reports that summarise store protection activity, issues detected, and coverage recommendations. Reports are designed for client communication and operational oversight.
Access the Monitoring Report
The Monitoring Report is available at the /app/report route within the Shoptest app.
- Navigate to the report (via direct URL or any in-app link to the report).
- Use the period selector in the top-right to choose the reporting window:
- Last 7 days
- Last 30 days
- Last 90 days
What the report covers
The Monitoring Report includes the following sections:

| Report header | Store name, reporting period, and summary statistics |
| Monitoring activity | Total automated verifications completed, monitored flows, and active protection time |
| Revenue protection | Test flow results, failures caught, and estimated manual QA effort reduced |
| Proactive monitoring | Page speed scans, regression detection, and performance trends |
| Service monitoring | Shopify and third-party app uptime during the reporting period |
| Store hygiene | Broken link scan results, issues found, and resolution status |
| Recommendations | Suggestions for improving monitoring coverage |
Export and share
- Click Export PDF to generate a printable version of the report.
- Share the PDF with clients as part of regular reporting or retainer communication.
- Use the recommendations section to propose next steps to the client.
Troubleshooting
Report shows limited data
- The store may be newly connected. Most report sections need at least 7 days of monitoring history to populate meaningfully.
A section shows no activity
- That monitoring area may not be configured yet. For example, if no pages are being tracked in Page Speed, that section will be empty. See the relevant guide to set it up.
